services within the website.
OZvertisers will have the opportunity to review the details
of their OZvert before it is published to the OZvert website.
OZverts will not be published until all checks are carried
out and payment has been received.
OZvert website displays links to external OZvertisers
websites. These third party websites are not governed by OZvert and have their
own Standard Terms of Use and policies; please check their websites for this
information.
OZvert website does not include any other forms of
advertising (except approved OZverts on the website) this includes third party
search engines, third party links, buttons or banners ads.

All OZverts will be approved by OZvert administration
before being posted to the OZvert website.
OZverts will be checked for swearing, obscenities,
discrimination, harassment or any other conduct that is prohibited by OZvert.
OZverts® will be checked for accuracy before posting to the
OZvert website. This includes checking the contact phone numbers, websites,
emails or any other form of contact that the OZvertiser has included.

If an OZvert has been deemed to have prohibited content,
the OZvertiser will have the opportunity to change the OZvert or fees will be

OZvert Category Rules
OZvert reserves the right to change the categories of an
OZvert before publishing to the OZvert website. OZvertisers will be notified
prior to the change in category.
OZvertisers are encouraged to select the closest category
to their product, service or notice to uphold the accuracy of the OZvert
website.
Any OZvert selling individual vehicles will have to include
registration details as per Australian legislative requirements.
Any OZvertisers that are required by Australian law to
display licence numbers or dealer numbers must display these within their OZvert.

OZvert Fees
All OZvert fees are in Australian Dollars.
All OZvert® fees attract Australian Goods and Services Tax
(GST), which will be included in Tax Receipts.
OZvert fees are the same for all OZvertisers. There are no
exceptions for small to large businesses or individuals as to the pricing
structure.
OZvert Copyright Policy
All information within the OZvert website is subjected to
copyright laws.
All information within individual OZverts remain the
property of the OZvertiser who placed the OZvert.
