1.              Pricing & Payments

1.1.        The pricing structure of the ozverts is (based on 1 ozvert monthly price) $5 with 1 category, $6 with 2 categories, $7 with 3 categories, $8 with 4 categories, $9 with 5 categories, $10 with 6 categories or $20 for unlimited categories.

1.2.        Ozverts must be paid for at least 1 month in advance.

1.3.        If customers select the purchase order option, the OZvert must be paid for prior to the ozvert appearing on ozvert.com.au, and the customer will be billed the annual amount for the ozvert.

1.4.        If customers select the pay-by-the-month option, monthly payment must be made prior to the ozvert appearing on ozvert.com.au. If the monthly payment is not received, the ozvert will become ‘inactive’ until the payment is made, then the ozvert will re-activated.

2.              Privacy

2.1.        Your company or personal details will be collected by ozvert.com.au and will not be passed on to anyone.

2.2.        You select what company details will appear on the ozvert prior to publishing it.

3.              Customer Service

3.1.        Ozvert.com.au prides themselves on their customer service. Use the contact form on the website to have someone from ozvert.com.au phone you or call the toll-free number to speak with a Ozvertising specialist.

4.              Cancellation of a ozvert

4.1.        If you no longer want your ozvert displayed on ozvert.com.au we are very sorry to see you go. All you have to do is log into your account and deactivate your ozvert. Your account will remain active, so if you change your mind all you have to do is log into your account and reactivate your ozvert, pay the monthly fee and you will be back up and running in no time.
